SF To Do: Graced with Light

    Our Fillmore shop manager, Lori, recently checked out Graced with Light, artist Anne Patterson‘s installation at Grace Cathedral. The work consists of 1,000 ribbons (about 20 miles worth) in an array of vivid hues inspired by stained glass, suspended from the vaulted ceiling, and incorporates video projections by Adam Larsen. Patterson’s vision was to create the effect of “light pathways” connecting heaven and earth.  The installation is on view through through the end of February, so if you’re in the area, we recommend popping in — it’s really quite stunning.
